By accessing or using MyCosine (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. MyCosine is an independently operated online service managed by its owner and operator located in India.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant MyCosine the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting, transmitting, or sharing content that constitutes harassment, hate speech, illegal activities, exploitation, or copyright infringement. We may monitor and moderate content to prevent these activities.
• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping."
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service.
• Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, including for safety, legal compliance, or protection of the Service or its users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request deletion via our support channels.

Post-Termination / Enforcement: In the event of suspension or termination due to violation of these Terms, access to certain account functions, including account deletion or modification, may be restricted.

We may retain account information as reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect the integrity and safety of the Service.

The Service is provided to you "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that operation of the Service will be uninterrupted.

In no event shall MyCosine, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

MyCosine and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MyCosine and its licensors. Our platform software, trademarks, logos, and branding are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our branding, code, or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
